Policy for the prevention of sexual harassment

Sexual harassment is an act with sexual connotations done unilaterally and unwanted by the victim. It can be speech, writing, symbols, gestures, and actions with sexual connotations. Sexual harassment can happen to everyone, both men and women, from children to adults. To avoid sexual harassment, we must know the factors that cause harassment so the prevention of sexual harassment can be identified. ITB has a policy that supports the prevention of sexual harassment.
