Events at university that are open to the general public
FSRD ITB held workshop and training which is open for general public. The purpose is to educate public about design thinking and product development. This workshop is collaborating with Badan Pelaksana Otorita Labuan Bajo
Courses open to the general public
ITB host short course events that open to the general public who are attending the university. For example, FMIPA ITB train vocational high school students and teachers about solar panel system, through short course workshop.
Policy that ensures activities can be access for all
ITB ensures that all activities in ITB is accessible to all, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, or gender by ITB Statute that passed by Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 65 2013.
Article 5(3) (highlighted part) mentioned that “ITB provides the widest possible equal opportunity to prospective Indonesian citizens who have potential from all regions in Indonesia”.
Article 13(1) mentioned that “ITB accepts Indonesian and / or foreign students as students in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations”.
Article 41(1) mentioned that “Every student has the same right to get educational services and supporting facilities to ensure the continuity of learning process.”
